Spokes Cycles Tramore Triathlon 2010 will be held on the
21st of August 2010.The event is widely known as one of the most beginner friendly triathlons in Ireland. On average
400 participants make the Journey to the Beautiful seaside town of Tramore Co. Waterford to participate in
Spokes Tramore Triathlon. Registration is now open,

We will also be running our first
Aquathon Series, which will consist of
3 events held over the
7th of July,
20th of July and the
4th of August. There will be individual winners announced from each event, with an overall winner of the series. Start time for all
3 events will be
7pm Sharp in
Tramore, Co. Waterford.

The 3rd Annual Spokes Cycles Tramore Duathlon was held on 6th of March 2010. Well done to all the participants, and to the great spectators who together made the event the success it was!!
