Welcome to the home page for the Spokes Tramore Triathlon 2010
This years event will be held on Saturday August 21st at 12 noon on the Promenade in Tramore and promises to be bigger and better than ever! Fantastic goody bag for all competitors who register on-line or in store. Limited supply for on the day entrants.
We are glad to be in a position to offer a recession beating entry fee of €45 per single entry and there are no additional costs such as One Day Licences or levies. This price includes your goody bag (worth in excess of €25) and all necessary insurance and indeed your timing chip.
Proceeds from this years event will go to the Tramore Cliff and Mountain Rescue.
Results
This is an automatically timed event by timing chip. All results including split times will not be made publicly available until such time as the race referee has dealt with any penalty issues. Provisional results including split times will be made available after the prize giving ceremony.

Relay Teams & Work Places
It doesn't m
atter how fit you are, its all about taking part and having a fun day out. We are looking for entries on Relay Teams and also for Teams of three from each Work Place. This works by combining the times of the competitors and averaging out the times. The fastest team will be the winner. And remember, its all for Charity
!

Insurance
The race is essentially a charity race and as such is not under the auspice of Triathlon Ireland, however, it will be run under ITU guidelines in terms of organisation and operation. Please be re-assured that you will be fully protected in terms of Public Liability Insurance as we have secured our own separate insurance policy which is the equivalent to that on offer by Triathlon Ireland.
